Perfect, fresh, hand-cut potatoes, fried JUST the right amount (crisp outside, soft inside), tossed in the most perfect blend of salt and rosemary and magic…and then come the sauces!!! You don’t need them (the fries pack plenty of flavor!) but trust me, you WANT them. When you see that little orange cart (and/or hear its accompanying ska tunes), RUN towards it!!! ❤️🍟❤️

A few months ago, my friend’s mother (who lived in Nyack), passed unexpectedly. It was kismet I had just seen a piece on News 12 about Bongo’s Fries. He went out of his way to hand deliver his delicious fries and sauce to support the grieving family. It was above and beyond!!!

Bongo is a staple at Dr. Davies’s Farm. I love the fries flavor options and the welcoming and friendliness of the owner of this truck. They give you lots of fries for an affordable price and its def a crowd pleaser. Please add truffle flavors to the menu (just for me :p). See you in 3 out of the 4 seasons!
